🍔 Big Mac Cheeseburger Protein Bowl

A high-protein, Big Mac-inspired bowl with seasoned beef, crunchy lettuce, pickles, cheese, and creamy burger sauce.

Ingredients — 2 servings

Bowl

  • 300 g lean ground beef

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • 3 cups chopped lettuce

  • ½ cup diced tomatoes

  • ½ cup diced pickles

  • ¼ cup finely diced onion

  • 40–50 g shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, optional

Big Mac-style sauce

  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt

  • 1½ tbsp light mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tsp yellow mustard

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped pickles

  • ½ tsp pickle juice

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Make the sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients together. Refrigerate while preparing the bowl.

  2. Cook the beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart, until browned and fully cooked.

  3. Build the bowls: Divide the lettuce between two bowls. Top with the beef, cheddar, tomatoes, pickles, and onion.

  4. Add the sauce: Drizzle generously with the Big Mac-style sauce.

  5. Finish: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and a few extra pickles.

💪 Make it higher protein

Use extra-lean beef and high-protein Greek yogurt in the sauce. For an even more filling bowl, add cooked potatoes or rice while keeping the beef portion generous.

Approximate per serving: 500–550 calories and 40–45 g protein, depending on the beef, cheese, and sauce you use.
